Two copies of passport size photos of student, 1 photo of mother, 1 photo of father & 1 photo of Guardian (if any).

Date of birth certificate (issued by competent authority)

Address Proofs:

Ration card issued in the name of parent/guardian (mother/father/guardian having name of child).

Domicile certificate of child or his or her parent/guardian.

VoterID of any of the parent/guardian.

Electricity bill/Mtnl telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parent/guardian.

Aadhaar card issued in the name of the parent/guardian.

Aadhaar Card issued in the name of the child.
NOTE : If address/DOB or any other detail submitted by the parent/guardian is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled with immediate effect.
